The interior design of the Milad revolving restaurant in the spring of 2016 became the main task of the interior design studio of Tehran Design Center. During the series of meetings with restaurant management, tower management, and dialogue with a group of customers and a group of employees, the concerns and needs of users and stakeholders were identified. The project was designed by focusing on the principles of health, safety, and environment (HSE), along with a series of limitations such as the impossibility of changing ceilings, walls or restrictions on the choice of material and floor paints. Loyalty to the identity of the restaurant by maintaining the original spirit of space is one of the main points of the new design. Other points of the design can be to avoid the accumulation and multiplicity of form, color, and material. In the final design, the restaurant capacity was based on the needs of the employer and, of course, increased to 364 according to international standards. The ultimate goal of the new Milad revolving restaurant is to create a beautiful, pleasant and functional space, as deserves one of the world's tallest towers
